Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags and original box included.
- Return shipping: the customer covers return postage.
- No restocking fee — you only pay return shipping.
- Refunds processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receipt and inspection.
- Exchanges accepted within 30 days, subject to size availability.
- Custom or personalised pairs are final sale and cannot be returned.

Start your return
Email returns@uptowncustoms.com with your order number and reason for return.

Pack your items
Place the sneakers back into their original box with all tags. We'll send you the return address and instructions.

Send it back
Arrange and pay for return shipping with your preferred courier. Once we've received and inspected the return, your refund or exchange is processed.
Faulty or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days atsupport@uptowncustoms.com. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
