- Free shipping: Every order ships free — no minimum spend.
- Delivery time: 1–2 business days nationwide.
- Processing time: Orders are dispatched within 1 business day.
- Courier: The Courier Guy / Aramex — door-to-door, fully tracked.
- Coverage: All nine South African provinces.
- Tracking: You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.
- Failed delivery: 2 attempts are made before the parcel is held at the nearest depot for 5 days.
- International shipping: Coming soon — currently South Africa only.
